Maximize Your Return with a Real Estate Auction
As the real estate market continues to evolve, auctioning your property is one of the most effective ways to sell your house fast and achieve the highest possible return. Real estate auctions create competition, drive value, and eliminate the uncertainty of waiting months for a traditional sale.
Here’s why auctions work so well:
Speed of Sale – Auctions are designed to sell fast and close quickly—ideal for tight pre-foreclosure timelines.
Competitive Bidding – Multiple buyers bid simultaneously, often driving prices higher than traditional or distressed sales.
As-Is Sale – Homes sell “as-is,” avoiding costly repairs, inspections, or contingencies.
Certainty & Transparency – All bidders see the terms, and the highest bidder wins (subject to seller's confirmation), creating fairness and confidence for all parties.

Reviews
“I have had the best experience both buying and selling with this auction company!! For several years I have been a bidder both online and live, super excited with my treasures (and tools for my husband)! We've also used this company for an outlet to auction off items and vehicles, either inherited or no longer needed. They were extremely helpful, fair, and honest. I would highly recommend Ken Geyer Auctioneers!!!”

"I can’t praise Mark enough. The sale went through exactly as he promised and the final sale price far exceeded any estimate I had received from real estate agents. I could pick the sale date, he helped clear out two generations of ‘stuff’ that I was financially struggling to manage. Knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. If you have a house to sell, call Geyer Auctions!"
- Mary V.
"I was very pleased with the Ken Geyer Auction company. The process went smoothly, and all the people were great to deal with. They made it so easy and efficient! I’d highly recommend them and would be happy to use them again in the future."
- Amy S.
"I have purchased items from other Geyer auctions and have always been pleased with their process and customer focus. This time we were the sellers, downsizing from a home and separate shop with much woodworking equipment, a UTV, and many other items. Geyer did a fantastic job grouping lots, taking photos, and marketing the auction. We were very pleased with the amount received from the auction. I would not hesitate to recommend Geyer Auctions if you are buying or selling."
